Air Force 1 aficionado Kal Seth is back at it again with his custom “Royal Air Force” Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke. Paying homage to England’s Royal Air Force, the sneakers have details that are inspired by the RAF jets and pilots’ uniforms.
Like with the upper, which is made of navy merino wool and is a nod to an officer’s uniform, the gold and silver accented Nike swooshes represent the tassles, medals and buttons that decorate uniforms. KS-93, which signifies a jet’s unique identifier, is embroidered in white on the backtab. From the red nubuck insole to the Union Jack on the left shoe, there’s just ton of other little intricate and dope details throughout the sneaker.
