Nike’s ACG collection has been revived in recent years to meet modern specifications. There have been towering retro releases like the Air Mowabb — recently seen in collaborative form with COMME des GARÇONS. Yet it’s the contemporary release of the Dog Mountain that captivates today, taking queues from designs of old while its name pulls from Oregon’s Columbia Gorge trail of the same name.
Releasing in three new colorways at the close of the week, in accordance with fashion’s fall calendar, the collection focuses on the ACG line’s beloved ’90s styled hues yet equipped for current day training and trail runs. In addition, a backward ACG mark is strategically stamped on the outsole, so when you’re walking through the snow or mud, ACG will be imprinted on the ground right side up.
Expect the Nike ACG Dog Mountain in three colorways on August 25 at select retailers and Nike SNKRS.
