Thinking out loud, Minaj took to IG to debut the new shoes and even made a joking jab at the Yeezys. Her PE of the Jordan Westbrook 0 — a lifestyle signature shoe for Russell Westbrook that’s yet to even see an official unveiling — keeps it glittery and glossy, sporting appropriate pink paneling, golden mudguards and rainbow soles. The Westbrook 0 carries somewhat of a Balenciaga meets Air Jordan 1 meets Air Jordan 1 silo, appearing to draw from JB’s heritage and Russ’s runway wardrobe.
Minaj will perform in the Jordan Westbrook 0 “Pinkprint” PE at tonight’s Jordan Brand Classic. Previous performers include Macklemore and Drake who also have their own Air Jordan PEs. As you may recall, Minaj wore Jordans on the cover art and in the video for the very viral “Anaconda” single. Could Nicki be the latest member of Jordan Brand?
