During what most of would consider the greatest era of running sneakers, the late 80’s to early 90s’, New Balance carved itself a niche in the hearts of sneakerheads. This Fall will see the return of many of the company’s most popular silhouettes in a number of colorways. Some of our personal favorites, the 850 and 1500 silhouettes, have been revamped in colorways that will definitely make the office wish list. There are a couple things to point out about what makes the New Balance Fall 2009 Collection appealing. First, colorways are a creative mix, yet not over the top. Secondly, New Balance uses a nice mix of materials, without traveling to some 4th world country to find the skin of some rare nocturnal reptile.
