In celebration of this weekend’s 50th anniversary of the Charles Regatta rowing event, New Balance has crafted this special edition of the 990V1. In classic rowing colors, the shoe dubbed the “Head of the Charles Regatta” features a premium grey suede and mesh upper with high contrast neon yellow accents and a speckled misdole. At each heel is a graphic commemorating the 50 years of the Charles Regatta along with a special themed insole. The New Balance 990V1 “Head of the Charles Regatta” is available in limited quantities at select New Balance retailers including Boston’s Ball and Buck.
