Abandoning the traditional Chinese New Year makeup, the New Balance 2002R has another color scheme in mind to celebrate the “Year of the Ox”.
Aside from the visible Ox imprint on the insole, the pair remains rather muted in its celebratory design. Typical New Balance branding is seen across the body, including the signature “N” and “2002R” stamps. The bulky silhouette includes several reflective panels atop the dark green and indigo upper.
