New Balance is outfitting the upcoming New Balance 1906R in Cordura fabrics. Recently, the Boston-based retailer has begun to experiment with more weather-resistant materials made to explore the outdoors.
This offering features a caramel-coated upper constructed with a tightly knit mesh base layer and weatherized nubuck overlays. The sneaker includes a lace shroud outlined with red detailing, along with New Balance and Cordura branding throughout the base. Other details include the signature “N” logos resting atop a matching sole unit.
