Although the earliest previews of the NASA x Vans capsule collection first surfaced back in April, details surrounding the partnership have been scarce at best. It wasn’t until today that more details emerged, pinning the much-anticipated collection for a November release.
The offering is anchored by its footwear lineup which features the Sk8-Hi MTE, Old Skool and Slip-On — all of which are intuitive. Removable patches and thematic prints add an additional layer of intrigue to the collection, alongside additional call-outs to NASA that includes the “SHUTTLE” fly out tongue tab of the Old Skool.
On top of the footwear selection, there are reports of select apparel launches and even a backpack. Foot Locker UK shed some light on the Sk8-Hi MTE and Old Skool releases on their launch calendar, slating the set for a November 2 release. Release details on the remainder of the collection remain unknown.
