With the opening game for most NFL teams kicking off Sunday, we wanted to focus our attention on some of the sneakerheads in the National Football League. During the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected former University of Texas wide receiver Marquise Goodwin. Delivering an official combine 40-yard dash time of 4.27, the second fastest time recorded in NFL history, it’s safe to say Marquise is quick. Maybe that’s why he earned the nickname “Flash” from his former teammates at the University of Texas. His electrifying speed and leaping ability gave him the opportunity to represent the USA in the 2012 London Olympics.

Along with his athletic accolades, Marquise takes great pride is his sneaker collection. Check out what Marquise has been rocking in the days leading up to his first NFL game in this edition of My 5.

Nike Kobe 8 “Buffalo Bills” Custom

Marquise Goodwin: “The latest edition to my sneaker rotation is this Kobe 8 “Buffalo Bills” custom. I can’t put into words how excited I was when these kicks arrived at my door; my first pair of customs couldn’t have come out any better. Since I’m always sporting Bills gear, you can bet these will be on my feet a lot in the coming months.”
