In addition to radio and television personality Big Tigger, we caught up with former NBA player and Cincinnati Bearcat Kenny Satterfield while in D.C. at the World Basketball Festival. Many of you youngsters may not remember Satterfield aka “Serious Satellite,” but he was one of, if not the top point guard in the nation as a sophomore in college during the early 2000s. As for sneakers, the NYC native suited up in the Flightposite II, the “Space Jam” Air Jordan 11, the Nike Shox BB4 and others, while at Cincy. That was then, but what is the streetball superstar rocking these days on and off the court? After helping Team Nike NYC win the City Tournament of Champions earlier this week (wearing the “Liquid Lime” Nike Lunar Hyperdunk), Satterfield put us up on his five-sneaker rotation in the latest installment of My 5. Kenny Satterfield: “Well, obviously I’m rocking the new “Liquid Lime” Hyperdunks right now. I’m playing in those a lot during summer league games. I like those a lot. They’re really light and comfortable.”
