Earlier this June, London-based designer Martine Rose debuted three new collaborative Nike Shox MR4 colorways during her Spring/Summer 2024 London Week Fashion show.
Now the anticipation is finally over. The Martine Rose x Nike Shox Mule MR 4 “Scuba Blue” is set to release at the end of the month. A beautiful purple to scuba blue ombre runs from toe to rear while contrasting black and “Metallic Silver” help to elevate the Swooshes, tooling, and branding tongues.
The reworked pair is thanks to Rose’s dissolving the boundary between “getting of the plane and getting on the pitch” when it comes to football matches and an elongated, pointy toe box constructed from a Foamposite-like moulded material while over in the heel is a signature Shox platform on display. Co-branding rounds out the final details of this highly anticipated model. As an added touch, the pair will be housed in special packaging.
