Originally released overseas alongside a Dunk High in a special Tier Zero LIVESTRONG pack, this Nike Blazer Mid will be coming to the States this weekend. UNDFTD is slated to carry the collaborative kicks, which feature premium black leather on the upper. Tier Zero release status means these may be hard to come by but as always, their purchase will benefit Lance Armstrong’s charitable cause.
