Kith and Tommy Hilfiger are gearing up for their first ever collaborative collection, featuring over 50 styles that include a range of footwear, apparel, and accessories. The footwear part of the capsule includes the Hilfiger Athletics Skew Basketball Sneaker, as well as the Timberland 6″ Construct and the 40 Below Super Boot.
The Hilfiger Athletics Skew Basketball Sneaker appears in two different renditions that match the iconic tones of the Tommy Hilfiger color palette. After a long-awaited hiatus since 1996, the collaborative silhouette features a combination of premium nubucks and leather throughout the upper with a luxurious leather lining on the interior. The first silhouette sports a red, white, blue makeup, while its counter-part integrates a green, navy and red color scheme with an off-white midsole and gum outsole.
Both the Timberland Construct and 40 Below Super Boot feature a premium leather construction on the upper with contrasting red and navy heel collars as a nod to Tommy Hilfiger’s brand colors. Additionally, the boots each feature gold eyelets with collaborative crest embroideries on the tongue and sides to resemble 90s prep sportswear.
The Kith x Tommy Hilfiger Collection releases this Saturday, 9/8 at Kith shops and online with the Timberlands releasing later this year.
