KITH is always cooking up some contemporary classics, most recently demonstrated by their collaborations with adidas and New Balance. KITH Creative Director Ronnie Fieg teases yet another upcoming collaboration with a preview of the KITH x ASICS EX-89.
The pack appears to offer two iterations in shades of New York-inspired Orange and Blue. The ASICS EX-89 looks to be a new model similar to the PTG and Japan S, but it’s actually an old model straight from ASICS’ archives.
The Knicks-inspired kicks both come ready in premium suede. One iteration has an all-White base with Blue accents on the lining, midsole, and tongue tag. This edition also has an Orange heel counter, which corresponds with the other iteration that comes completely decked out in Orange suede. Both sneakers are complete with an Off-White midsole, laces, and ASICS vector.
The drawing for Ronnie Fieg x Asics EX-89 in the “Orange” and “Off-White” suede colorways is open now. Sign up via the Kith App for the in-store and online release. The drawings will be open until 12:00 p.m. EST on November 6th. Retail winners will be notified by end of day on November 6th. Online winners will be selected and charged on November 7th. If you did not win, you will be notified on November 7th and will still have a chance to purchase limited quantities on Monday, November 7th at 11 a.m. EST on Kith.com.
