Nike recently announced the upcoming release of the Huarache 2K4 via the Nike Black Mamba Pack as Kobe enters the twilight phase of his career. The Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 has been speculated to be the preliminary Kobe Bryant signature model that would commence his line, but with controversy and litigious situations surrounding Bryant, the namesake changed. With that said, the success of the shoe and the success Bryant had in the shoe did not.

Bryant would don the model throughout the 2003-04 season in which the Lakers would make it all the way to the NBA Finals. With more than a decade passing since the initial release of the silhouette, we’ve witnessed a plethora of notable names, in addition to Bryant, rocking the model throughout the years. This segues to our latest edition of Kicks On Court Classic.
