It’s somehow been twenty years since Michael Jordan returned to the NBA — today is the exact anniversary — and while MJ had already cemented his place among the league’s elite after just eight seasons, his return paved the way for yet another three-peat of titles, more iconic sneakers on court and an undeniable legacy as one of the game’s greatest players ever.
After sitting out the entire 1993-1994 NBA season and never wearing the original Air Jordan IX on court, Michael returned on March 19th, 1995 to face the Indiana Pacers with the Air Jordan X on his feet.
