adidas Originals joins forces with the Austin, Texas boutique Kicking It to honor the city’s blues legacy and live music culture.

The pair features a suede upper in five shades of blue, accented by red and yellow detailing inspired by the iconic entrance of Antone’s nightclub, where legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Ray Charles once performed. A 512 lace charm adds a hometown touch for the Austin faithful.

A portion of proceeds from the release will fund music scholarships at East Texas University, supporting its jazz band and future programs for aspiring artists.

To celebrate, Kicking It and adidas will host a launch day event featuring in-store activations and a free concert at Antone’s, headlined by J. Soulja and The Keezy Experience.

The Kicking It x adidas Gazelle Indoor “Live Music” is releasing exclusively at Kicking It’s Austin store and online at KickingIt.com in limited quantities for a retail of $120.
