Nike Air Force 1 Mid White/Red
This is the first one that comes to mind, so in essence, it was the most memorable for me. These were my first pair of AF1s and my brother had worked all summer at Domino’s pizza to get them for me (he got the pair with the black stitch). I remember getting them a few weeks before school started and I kept them on ice until the first day. First day rolls around, and it’s pouring raining. I had two choices: rock with some kicks from the previous school year or step out in the new 1s regardless. At the time, it was a no-brainer, so I decided to tie up some grocery bags over my shoes. I guess I got caught up in all of the excitement, because I heard the bus rolling by outside, so I raced out to the stop in the rain. You can predict how that turned out. My shoes stayed dry, but my whole left side wasn’t.
