KENZO Artistic Director Nigo unveils the all-new KENZO-DOME Sneaker. This inaugural silhouette marks the brand’s venture into unexplored sportswear territory with a minimalist cupsole sneaker that draws inspiration from the mid-90s skateboard era.

The name of the sneaker pays tribute to the iconic skate spot, the DOME, located within the grounds of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris—a renowned landmark in the skateboarding community.

Embracing the aesthetic essence of 90s sneakers, characterized by their flat outsole and generously padded tongue, the KENZO-Dome is available in classic suede and grained leather with both iterations allowing for durability and flexibility.

The Napa leather-padded tongue proudly showcases a “KENZO Paris” rubber logo, which can also be seen on the back of the shoe. Other notable details include “KENZO” branding embossed on the outsole, retro-style plush lining, and a padded collar.

The KENZO-Dome is offered in a range of timeless colors and seasonal shades, catering to both men and women. Options include beige or pink suede with a tan rubber outsole, as well as black suede with a black outsole featuring tan rubber detailing. A white grain leather version is offered as well.

The KENZO-Dome sneaker will be available from June 2023 for $350 in KENZO stores and at KENZO.COM. For more sneaker news and release dates, follow @NiceKicks on Instagram.
