Jordan Brand takes on a new territory as the legacy basketball brand opened a new Jordan World of Flight flagship store in Milan. This is the Nike-affiliate’s first retail space in the city and features inspiration from local artists, creators, and Milan’s connection to basketball culture.

The Milan store is a new contemporary retail concept built to demonstrate the universal language of the Jumpman. The 3,875 sq. ft. store is located in Via Torino, a popular shopping spot for the Italian capital. The store offers Jordan Brand footwear and apparel for men, women, and kids.

Jordan World of Flight Milan will also offer exclusive customizable products, convenient digital pickup experiences, and Nike Member–only events, like elevated SNKRS pickup experiences. Jordan Brand designed the space so that the brand can host special events to carve out a new community and continue to be at the forefront of streetwear and basketball culture.

Opening Jordan World of Flight represents a truly exciting milestone for Jordan Brand. With World of Flight, we unveil a destination centered in our heritage and basketball culture. This new retail experience positions us to continue our growth journey as a brand and deepen our connection with our consumers.

The store itself is made with Italian materials and features murals and art from local artists like Stefano Summo, whose love of hip-hop, cinema, and sports inspired the work that’s seen in store. The other art tells the stories of local basketball courts, teams, the surrounding community, and Jordan folklore that connects to Milan and Italy.

Additionally, London and Paris-based photographer Tom D. Morgan will have his work on display in the store. Morgan has been a Jordan fan since the mid ’90s and used to wake up at 4am to watch MJ play. His “Environments” project was shot in 10 different cities across Europe for Nike, which captured local sports arenas and celebrated the community around them.

Jordan World of Flight Milan officially opened on December 16, 2022. Take a look at the store below. To visit, head to Via Torino. For more sneaker news and Jordan Release Dates, follow @NiceKicks on Twitter.
