Joe Freshgoods and New Balance continue their partnership.
Kickstarted in 2020 with the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 992 and accompanying OMN1S, the catalog continues to grow as the Chicagoan has teased his Fall/Winter 22 collaborative effort with the Boston-based brand.
The latest chapter in the JFG x NB saga taps the New Balance 993 in what will be a trinity of colorways — “Powder Pink,” “Margarita,” and “Arctic Blue” with sail and cream details across all three.
“This project is the end of a chapter. If you line up all of my shoes that I’ve designed with New Balance you’ll notice the complimenting colorways— the 992, Outside Clothes, Inside Voices, and now Performance Art,” said Joe “Freshgoods” Robinson. “It represents my journey. When I first started working with New Balance, I didn’t know it was going to go this far, if this was a book the 993’s would complete the first chapter. It’s a combination of all of my shoes put into a pack. So, Performance Art is my rendition of working with New Balance and the final chapter of this color story.”
After launching at Joe’s Every Now & Then pop-up location in Chicago, the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 993 “Performance Art” collection is set to drop on October 21, 2022, via NewBalance.com and at select retailers for $220.
