Thanks to the new partnership between Birmingham-based Hibbett Sports and Shipt, you could order your kicks from your laptop at your office that morning and have them on your doorstep that night.
Yup, Hibbett Sports and Shipt are offering same-day delivery for thousands of apparel and footwear items on Hibbet’s e-commerce platform.
“A lot of the digital innovation you read about is taking place in America’s largest cities. Today we are excited to bring that same sort of innovation to our underserved small and mid-sized markets,” said Jeff Rosenthal, president and CEO of Hibbett Sports. “Hibbett customers are passionate about the products we carry and if they are unable to make it to the store, we can still get their items to them that day.”
Right now, Shipt offers same-day delivery in Birmingham, Atlanta, Charlotte and portions of Nashville for Hibbett customers.
Seeing as Hibbett recently acquired City Gear this is only going to get bigger and better.
