The Good – Air Jordan 1 Hi “Banned”
The Air Jordan 1 Hi “Banned” shook the sneaker community in a very positive way thanks to New York rapper Fat Joe. Rumors of this shoe actually releasing continue to show some truth as we received detailed photos of the Air Jordan 1 “Banned” and its packaging. The shoe itself is simply a comical play on NBA commissioner David Stern?s attempt to ban Michael Jordan?s first signature sneaker, the Air Jordan 1. Although the ban was not successful (obviously), Stern fined MJ $5000 per game, a tab Nike gladly paid in return for the abundance of attention surrounding the signature startup.
