adidas’ Superstar has seen a bevy of iterations over the past years, most recently seeing a collaborative effort between Jonah Hill. Now the Three Stripes has enlisted Copenhagen-based brand and media platform Girls Are Awesome on a range of updated Superstars.
The Girls Are Awesome x adidas Superstar lineup is comprised of three structural iterations of the classic silhouette. The first option is a platform-style Superstar Up constructed of a split pink-grey suede upper and iridescent patch at the heel. The Superstar 360 features a fully iridescent upper, while the classic Superstar is embellished with purple on the Three Stripes and neon orange at the heel.
The Girls Are Awesome x adidas Superstar range will launch April 22 at select adidas retailers, adidas.com and girlsareawesome.com.
