Recently, Frank Ocean made his Instagram public and to no surprise, it’s incredibly interesting.
By most measures one of the best modern artists out, we frankly don’t see Frank out and about much. So in a world full of constant updates, it’s refreshing to see what Frank has both been up to and on as of late.
Perhaps most interesting from a site perspective is a pair of Black/Red Tom Sachs x Nike Mars Yard 2.0 sneakers Frank has posted twice and apparently had since last year. Potentially a paint job, potentially a PE, we’re unsure the origin of this MJ makeup up on the Mars Yard.
Sachs did work with Ocean on Endless, which adds possibility to the PE or sample narrative. Still, we’re unsure at this time if these were dipped or gifted.
