While we count down the days to the start of the NBA season, we can always bet on Drew League to give us our basketball fix during the summer. The legendary Los Angeles pro-am league is known for hosting NBA stars during the off-season and for the 2023 season, adidas and James Harden honor the organization with a player-exclusive Drew League x adidas Harden Vol. 7.
Using the Charles Drew Middle School colors as inspiration, this adidas Harden Vol. 7 has a white leather upper with a metallic gold toebox that immediately catches your eyes. The gold foil corresponds with the Three-Stripes branding on the heel, just beneath the “NO EXCUSE, JUST PRODUCE” text.
Elsewhere, the sneaker features deep green accents around the heel and spiralized tread, paired with Lightstrike and Boost cushioning. The green/gold color combo is seen again on the insole, which features “Drew League” branding in cursive. The sneaker is finished with gold aglets, a white ankle collar, and a Harden logo pull-tab.
