Since announcing its return to basketball last summer, PUMA Hoops has been forcefully working to integrate themselves in the ever competitive world of basketball-focused sportswear. They’ve been largely successful, signing a talented roster of players, rolling out their debut shoe, the Clyde Court, and now positioning themselves to release a second.
This weekend PUMA Hoops athlete DeMarcus Cousins warmed up for a game against the Los Angeles Lakers in the forthcoming PUMA Uproar. The company’s second performance basketball sneaker takes on a much more nuanced aesthetic approach as opposed to the much more simplistic Clyde Court.
Crafted with sharp lines, a paneled toe and modern PUMA logo branding at the lateral side, Cousins offered a first look at the shoe is a monochromatic Black/White edition. Speckled midsole detailing also champions the mid-cut basketball shoe which is slated to release at a later time.
