London-based retailer Crooked Tongues is teaming up with Reebok to create a special collaboration that appears to have some bite. The Crooked Tongues x Reebok Classic Leather “Snakeskin” fully embodies its nickname. Ironically, the joint project draws zero inspiration from the fact that 2013 is the “Year of the Snake” – CT’s Gary Warnett and Mubi Ali just wanted to own a slithery Classic with a gum bottom. In any case, this preview of the animalistic Reebok shows that the entire upper is covered in brown scales with Rbk branding in its traditional red, white and blue. Detail is added on the inside of the tongue, where Crooked Tongues includes a special message to the connoisseurs, rudeboys and rudegirls.
