Now that Converse is a full year removed from Dwyane Wade’s signature status, the Star Chevron brand is rolling out a line of technology-laden kicks for this hoops season. The Drop Step already released for big men and now the Star Player EVO can be found in eight colorways online.
Keeping weight down was obviously an objective in designing the 2010 version of the Star Player, as it sports an EVA midsole and mesh-like upper. Expect to see NBA players like Kirk Hinrich wearing this shoe come the 2010-2011 Kicks on Court season. All eight colorway seen here are available now directly from Converse.
