The last handful of weeks has led to an electrifying movement rooted in support of Black people across the country. The tragic deaths of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd have resulted in the world to come together for Black lives in a unified movement against white supremacy and racism.
Brands and athletes have donated and shown support to organizations and other avenues to lend a hand back to the Black community. The sneaker community is also coming together since there is no sneaker culture without Black people. Noted sneaker retailer Concepts steps up to the plate by raffling off prized iterations of the Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low.
Concepts will raffle off both the “Green Lobster” and “Purple Lobster” to one lucky winner. In order, to enter, one must purchase at least one raffle ticket starting on July 13 at 10 a.m, EST via CNCPTS.com. The raffle entry will be closed on July 19 at 11:59 PM EST. 100% of each ticket sale will go directly to the Cambridge Chapter of My Brother’s Keeper. My Brother’s Keeper was started by former President Barack Obama with the goal of “supporting young men and women of color, but giving them the tools and resources, they need to succeed in life.”
