“People ask me what sneaker sent me down this kicks obsession. Well, it’s the one and only Air Jordan 4. While in high school, I used two weeks worth of paychecks to buy my first pair of Air Jordans. Only three other students had them and when I noticed their kicks in the hallway, I knew I had to have them. Even now, every time I see a clip of Jordan shooting over Craig Ehlo, it takes me back to that first Foot Locker purchase. I wore them every day, in every condition until they fell apart. I wish I still had that same pair, no matter how beat they might be.”
