No stranger to Nike collaborations, Comme Des Garcons unveiled a collaborative Nike Air Max 97 during their Fall/Winter 2022 runway show in Tokyo, with the 97 celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022.
Two colorways were showcased, a slate blue/white pair and a black pair, with both sharing similar distressed/marbled leather overlays on top of the mesh uppers. CDG branding is not seen on the sneaker but is expected to be featured on the insole. The slate blue pair features a white midsole with the black pair continuing its tonal theme and a ¾ Air Max unit is utilized to finish off the sneaker.
