Earlier today, we previewed two new Under Armour Black Ice colorways in which one was worn by Brandon Jennings over the weekend (see Kicks On Court). We also recently found out that Brandon Jennings will be out 4-6 weeks with a foot injury. Sadly, we will not get to see the Under Armour Black Ice on court anytime soon. Yet, an hour ago, Brandon Jennings unveiled a new Under Armour Black Ice colorway that he was supposedly going to wear against the Los Angeles Lakers in an upcoming game.
Specifically, Jennings tweeted, “Man I was going to wear these for the Lakers Game.”
This pair’s all-red base is coupled with a forefoot strap and toe area of the same color, while minimal white hints (midsole, inner lining, Under Armour branding) provide nice colorblocking. It is also finished with an icy sole. Is this the best Black Ice colorway to date?
