Converse is on a collaboration roll. From Stussy to Liverpool FC in a span of a few months, Converse has now tapped Japanese streetwear label BoTT for a sparkle-adorned skate range that includes two new skate silhouettes inspired by vintage Americana: the Deckstar and CX-Pro.
First off the BoTT x Converse CX-Pro is constructed from navy suede and canvas. This offering is further embellished with contrasting white stitching, tongues, and midsoles. Sparkle icons, which also appeared on BoTT’s apparel last season, arrive on the heel straps, while Converse’s iconic star motif is featured on the profiles. Down below is a cream rubber midsole with a navy accent. Over on the BoTT x Converse Deckstar, the archival-inspired silhouette boasts a premium nubuck construction and angular shoelaces. Further elevating this offering are the patterned round cord and rubber soles.
