The Surgeon and Bentley Motors approach Miami full speed ahead as the duo gets ready to unveil an exclusive 1-of-1 Bentley at Art Basel. To commemorate the custom car, The Surgeon created a bespoke adidas Forum Low collection modeled after the Bentley brand pillars — Speed, Azure, and Mulliner.

Both renowned for their luxury craftsmanship, The Surgeon and Bentley Mulliner team worked together to create the bespoke sneaker collection. The Bentley Mulliner team is a special division of the luxury automotive brand that brings Bentley customizations to life. From special features and finishes, to entirely new coachbuilt vehicles, Mulliner is the marker for ultimate Bentley luxury.

With bespoke luxury being a shared ethos, The Surgeon translated this to the adidas Forum Low “Mulliner” using sleek “Beluga” leather and “Anthracite” highlights. The toebox features smooth Beige leather that complements the Cigar-colored leather on the heel counter, which also features The Surgeon’s signature skull-and-scalpel monogram. The Bentley logo flies high beside the heel counter and corresponds with the Mulliner tag on the eyestay. The pair is complete with a Bentley-branded tongue pouch that’s sized perfectly for your car key.
All of the handcrafted sneakers incorporate iconic Bentley elements including the signature diamond quilting, cross-stitching found on the steering wheel, and premium hides identical to those used to trim Bentley’s unrivaled interiors.
The premium Bentley interiors are flawlessly demonstrated on the adidas Forum Low “Speed.” This sneaker honors both the Bentley S and Speed ranges represented by “Titan Grey” and Red “Cricket Ball” leather. The pair embodies the performance-ready athletic stance of the Continental GT Speed Convertible. This model is the pinnacle of performance and luxury with open-air grand touring that defines the most dynamic road-going Bentley convertible ever made.
As for the adidas Forum Low “Azure,” this sneaker is dedicated to Bentley’s new range of models and manifests the company’s commitment to well-being. The sneaker features calming “Portofino” Blue leather inspired by the Bentayga Extended Wheelbase Azure. This model typifies the Azure range providing Bentley customers with a curated selection of features designed to enhance the well-being and comfort of the vehicles occupants, making every journey a relaxing experience regardless of the distance. The sneaker is finished with Bentley branding, “Saddle” leather accents, and Black diamond-quilting on the heel counter.
On December 3rd, the 1-of-1 Bentley x The Surgeon vehicle will be unveiled during Design Week at Art Basel Miami.
