Batman and Superman are arguably the most iconic superheroes ever. So much that not only did they share adventures together in the “World’s Finest” comics but they will soon be seen in next year’s highly-anticipated movie Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Similarly, these two also share iconic and heavily sought-after sneakers in the form of the “Dark Knight” Kobe V and the “Doernbecher” Air Jordan 4. Artist Tracy Tubera takes inspiration from these and mashes the two worlds together.
Using Archival Watercolor Paper, the prints showcase Tubera’s artwork of the heroes as they will appeaer on the bigscreen outfitted with their respective kicks. Each print is signed, numbered and hand embossed with the Double T logo. This is a nice piece of artwork for both comic and sneaker fans alike. Be sure to cop yours here sooner than later as this launch is limited to only 50 prints.
