Whether it’s post-game interviews, championship rings, or sneaker contracts, there’s no doubt that Ron Artest is one of the most unpredictable players in the NBA. Just yesterday, we broke news that the Queensbridge native had switched endorsement contracts from PEAK to the Chicago-based apparel brand Ball’N.
The first three pairs that we previewed yesterday, called The Lay Up, sported a low-top build that many compared to the Zoom Kobe V. Today, we have three high top models by the upstart brand called The All Out. The first two pairs feature Lakers inspired tones throughout the entire shoe. In addition to purple outsoles used on both pairs, gold and purple highlights can also be seen complementing the white and black based colors on areas such as the inner liner, branding, and tongue. A variety of materials from patent leather to nubuck can be seen throughout the shoe, and “Ball’N” branding can be seen on on the heel and tongue areas. The third and final pair of this high-top model uses similar materials with grey and white tones. A clear outsole definitely show influences of the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 11.
There is no word yet on when or if these will release to the general public. Stay tuned as more info is sure to become available later in the year. Check out today’s Kicks on Court to see Ron wearing “The Lay Up” on court.
