The Basketball Africa League or BAL is Africa’s elite basketball league and with the playoffs in full swing, Jordan Brand blessed the rosters of the final 8 teams with an Air Jordan 36 Low PE that feature traditional African themes throughout.
The sneaker features an all-black upper with the lower rand of the sneaker featuring a traditional African print with the same print seen on the liner of the sneaker in black and white as well as on the accenting stripe on the midsole. The colorful laces bring contrast to the sneaker with the Jumpman seen in gold on the right tongue with the BAL logo on the left and BAL branding is seen on the heel pulltab. The Air Jordan 36 Low uses a Zoom strobel setup with a black shank plate and a black outsole to finish off the sneaker.
