New Balance is set to drop some tonal heat for the warmer months ahead. The sneaker label’s New Balance Tokyo Design Studio is teaming up with Tokyo-based brand AURALEE for two tonal takes of the former’s R_C2 silhouette.
Marking the duo’s second team-up, this time around the pair have executed the New Balance R_C2 in both blush pinks and charcoal hues. In terms of construction, the AURALEE x New Balance R_C2 features updated materials such as a GORE-TEX lining and a slip-resistant outsole mixed with suede and mesh paneling.
Both AURALEE x New Balance R_C2 colorways will only be available via SSENSE, AURALEE’s website, and New Balance Japan’s online store on March 19.
