After getting an official look at the ASICS GEL-LYTE III “Monozukuri Pack” earlier this month, the Japanese brand is readying an all-new “Modern Tokyo” GEL-Kinsei.
The ASICS GEL-Kinsei “Modern Tokyo” was designed to celebrate the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which has unfortunately been postponed for 12 months due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. The aggressive “Modern Tokyo” GEL-Kinsei features hits of metallic silver, black and white throughout its impressive linework, while “ASICS” branding appears at the rear quarter, as well as on the black leather toecap. This all sits atop an articulated midsole, equipped with responsive I.G.S. cushioning technology.
The ASICS GEL-Kinsei “Modern Tokyo” is available now at select retailers and ASICS.com for a retail price of $180.
