With a plethora of highly anticipated releases still set to drop throughout the rest of the year, Jordan Brand is already looking ahead to Spring 2016. Looking to honor some of MJ’s career-defining moments, JB has paired the Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 12 together for a tribute two-piece offering.
Dubbed the Air Jordan “Poster” Collection, both the “Wing It” and “The Master” posters for both the respective silhouette’s original ad campaigns serve as the inspiration for both colorways. With each classic model flaunting premium constructions with simple white and black color schemes, the Air Jordan 2 directly calls out the infamous ad from its 1986 debut by way of the heel while its Air Jordan 12 counterpart pulls its look straight from the models 1996 campaign.
