As if the holiday season could get any busier for Jordan Brand! In addition to sneakers such as the “Flint” Air Jordan 13 and the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 11s, Jordan Brand will also use the holiday season to unleash its latest offering from the ongoing Air Jordan Bin 23 Collection. The Air Jordan 7 Premio “Bin 23” will officially release on Black Friday, November 26th, 2010.
As for the design cues, the original makeup of the Air Jordan VII was inspired by tribalism and African art and influenced by an Afropop Worldwide poster that Tinker Hatfield referenced while designing the model. Therefore, the Premio version contains an array of bright colors that appeared on the aforementioned poster. Additionally the zigzag pattern on the heel mimics a sketch directly from Tinker’s original mood boards. As stated earlier, the Air Jordan 7 Premio “Bin 23” will hit select retailers in limited quantity on Black Friday.
