A new era for Jordan Brand is upon us as the latest flagship silhouette has been unveiled.

The brand has officially announced the Air Jordan 37 is around the way with a leak of all the tech features in the upcoming Air Jordan that will drop later this year.

Much like the Air Jordan 35 and the Air Jordan 36, the Air Jordan 37 pays homage to its heritage with design features similar to the Air Jordan 7, which celebrates its 30th anniversary. A Huarache-style bootie system is utilized for lockdown and fit like on the AJ 7, with Lenoweave used again on the upper for support and breathability — emulating the African basket wave inspiration that influenced the upper of the Air Jordan 7. An exoskeleton is used for more support and reinforcement as well.

Jordan Brand is ditching the use of a full-length Zoom strobel setup and opts in for Formula 23 foam in the heel instead, the same foam seen on the Jordan Luka 1. Additionally, the Air Jordan 37 includes a Zoom strobel setup in the forefoot that is double stacked for a super plush ride. A carbon fiber shank plate is implanted for rigidity with the midsole itself being more rounded compared to the more recent Air Jordans. The outsole also features an AJ 7-like pattern, once again paying homage to the past.

The Air Jordan 37 is scheduled to release this fall on Nike.com and at select retailers. Check out the early look below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
