OG colorways of the Air Jordan 7 have inspired a few colorways of the current flagship Air Jordan 37 and now another OG colorway makes its way onto the silhouette in 2023.
Like the other more recent Air Jordan models, this colorway of the Air Jordan 37 takes after the “Bordeaux” colorway of the Air Jordan 7, using a black base with Bordeaux, Gold, and teal accents throughout. The black upper is made up of Levoweave which brings breathability without sacrificing strength with an exoskeleton built into the upper to bring more support. The Huarache-style bootie system is utilized with the geometric print seen on the tongue alongside the Jumpman. Going into the midsole, Jordan Brands’ proprietary Formula 23 foam is used in the heel with double-stacked Zoom featured in the forefoot with a shank plate utilized for rigidity. Lastly, the outsole takes design inspiration once again from the AJ 7 with different patterns featured throughout.
