The Air Jordan 17 first hit the scene in 2002 with a briefcase, CD-Rom, and $200 price tag. Low tops would follow suit along with the second year of the + model. The Air Jordan 17+ came in just one colorway sporting an upper very similar to the Air Jordan 17, but with a noticeable change to the heel with faux croc skin and copper accents.
The Air Jordan 17 is set to return in 2016 along with the Air Jordan 17+. This will mark the first time that any iteration of the Air Jordan 17 will come in Chicago Bulls colors of Black and Red when the Air Jordan 17+ retro hits in May of 2016.
Just hitting the web today are pics of the upcoming retro release that is long overdue.
While most retro Jordans have been coming in at the $190 mark, the Air Jordan 17+ is rumored to sport a $250 price tag which unfortunately less than a month from two more $250 retro Air Jordans – the Air Jordan 8 Cigar & Champagne.
