Yesterday we reported that the extremely limited Air Jordan 12 “Wings” would release this weekend on April 2. Today, though, thanks to official imagery, new aesthetic details on the shoe are noted for the very first time.
The shoe’s medial siding highlights metallic gold and black graphics near the foot opening, which further plays to the shoe’s overarching theme of the nostalgic wings poster from decades past. The poster, which highlights Jordan’s outstretched wingspan, is mimicked at the heel while traditional Jumpman branding appears at the tongue.
