Last year, Converse saved its best release for World AIDS Day. On December 1st, Converse released the highly anticipated “Leather Jacket” Converse Chuck Taylor as part of the ongoing (Product) RED campaign. This shoe retailed for $200 and released in limited quantity only at locations in New York, San Francisco and London. Inspired by a motorcycle jacket, this red leather shoe contains a quilted lining, heavy-duty zips, snaps and a leather rand.
