Last spring, adidas Originals stripped down its teched out ZX 7000 runner and rebuilt with an unlikely material: canvas. Though the textile doesn?t make for a breathable runner on the trail, it makes for a near unbeatable sneaker on the streets. This sample pair from last year recently surfaced, revealing a look at what could have been. This red canvas shoe unfortunately didn?t make it to production, but we all sure wish it would have.
