Though the plan wasn’t made available to us – or any others for that matter – it seems as if the adidas rebranding strategy over the past two years lightly incorporated an overhaul of their affiliate Y-3 label. While many of the staples remain, a wealth of new silhouettes and influences have helped the visibility of the Yohji Yamamoto brand ascend to new heights. To further that case, the brand today introduces the adidas Y-3 Kohna. Another avant-garde design that bears familiar construction to the Reebok Insta Pump Fury, the Y-3 Kohna “Floral” is ripe for spring in Hawaiian printed underlays coupled with black paneling across the base.
