As they did last year, the University of Nebraska will participate in the annual adidas Unrivaled Game. The game pits two adidas-sponsored college football programs against each other. On September 14, the Cornhuskers will take the field in new Univiersity of Nebraska alternate football uniforms. White stencil font numbers are stitched onto black TECHFIT jerseys. White TECHFIT pants are accented by a black stripe and the customary Nebraska straight “N” on the front left hip. The new uniforms introduce TECHFIT ShockWeb technology that using engineered body mapping to ensure tight fit, optimal mobility, and cooler body temperatures.
Husker players will don matte white helmets that have a black stripe down the center and the timeless straight “N” logo on the side. The helmet’s facemask fades from red to matte black. Other accessories include adidas Team Speed Vertical socks and adidas CrazyQuick Mid cleats. Be sure to watch the University of Nebraska take on UCLA on September 14 rocking the new adidas uniforms.
